Hello! I am pregnant and interested in getting highlights (in an environmentally-friendly salon), and I came across you on a Google search! My hair is only about 2 inches long, after recently cutting off my dreadlocks, so would you recommend a highlight cap service? If so, what would the charge be, as I only see prices for foil coloring, here? Also, what is the air ventilation like in your salon?
